Cory originated from Ontario where he has a large family throughout the province. Relatives reside in Mississauga, Ottawa, Toronto, Barrie, Peterborough, Kingston, Belleville, and Grimsby.
He is an alumnus of Western University with a Bachelor of Social Sciences, specializing in International Relations and he has three younger, incredibly talented, siblings. Cory is a second-generation Realtor. His father, Chris Hand, has been buying and selling Real Estate in the Toronto market for nearly 30 years.
I can remember my Old Man hustling to make a difference in our community, working diligently to establish a presence in the GTA. He would take bare cardboard paper-towel rolls and have them painted red to look like sticks of dynamite, black pipe-cleaner fuses to finish the look - ‘dynamite deals within!’. I had fun delivering those door-to-door as a kid.’ Cory and Chris maintain a strong connection to this day brainstorming on a weekly basis to better anticipate each of their respective markets.
